📋 Description

• Lead and cultivate a team of six seasoned engineers

• Responsible for the team's delivery outcomes

• Collaborate with product and stakeholders to shape the roadmap

• Drive the technical strategy and make architectural decisions

• Foster a culture of ownership, psychological safety, and continuous enhancement

• Work together with the Data Platform and broader engineering organization

• Oversee on-call health, operational excellence, and reliability

• Engage in hiring and onboarding processes

• Proven experience managing teams of senior or experienced engineers

• Demonstrated history of supporting engineers' career development

• Proficient in distributed data systems, event-driven architectures, or scalable data infrastructure

• Hold yourself and your team accountable for results

• Strong communication skills and ability to build trust across functions and time zones

• Experience working with distributed teams

• Passionate about the potential of AI and LLMs
