📋 Description

• Act as the executive leader tasked with creating a cohesive and innovative strategy encompassing enterprise technology, digital transformation, data governance, cybersecurity, and IT operations.

• Ensure that the infrastructure, enterprise applications, and data capabilities function as a unified ecosystem that furthers the Alzheimer’s Association’s mission and strategic goals.

• Collaborate closely with senior management and enterprise AI leadership to guarantee that the organization’s technology infrastructure, data environment, governance models, and enterprise systems effectively facilitate the responsible and scalable adoption of new technologies.

• Design and implement a multi-year enterprise technology roadmap that is in line with the Association’s strategic objectives.

• Lead a team responsible for defining enterprise architecture, technology governance, and integration standards.

• Provide counsel to executive leadership and the Board regarding trends in enterprise technology, cybersecurity threats, digital transformation priorities, and the operational effects of emerging technologies.

• Supervise infrastructure, cloud strategy, cybersecurity, end-user computing, and enterprise IT operations.

• Deliver executive leadership and strategic oversight for enterprise technology capabilities that enhance organizational efficiency, operational excellence, and mission impact.

• Advocate for scalable, secure, and sustainable technology practices.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related discipline.

• Over 15 years of progressive experience in technology leadership.

• Proven track record of leading enterprise technology transformation projects.

• Strong knowledge of cybersecurity, enterprise architecture, data governance, and cloud technologies.

• Experience in driving enterprise digital transformation efforts, data modernization, and the adoption of emerging technologies.

• A Master’s degree (MBA or similar) is an advantage.

• Experience in implementing advanced analytics initiatives.

• Background in nonprofit, healthcare, or research organizations.

• Familiarity with platforms such as Salesforce, Workday, UKG, and enterprise analytics environments.
