This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop and implement a strategic sales plan aimed at achieving and surpassing annual revenue goals for healthcare data and analytics services.
• Identify, evaluate, and secure new business opportunities with pharmaceutical manufacturers, biotechnology firms, managed care organizations, commercial and governmental health plans, and pharmacy benefit managers (PBMs).
• Cultivate relationships with key decision-makers across commercial, medical affairs, market access, HEOR, population health, quality, and analytics sectors.
• Manage intricate sales cycles from the prospecting phase through to contracting and implementation handover.
• Collaborate with internal Clinical, Analytics, Product, and Client Success teams to create tailored solutions that meet client business goals.
• Convert client challenges into data-driven opportunities utilizing real-world data, analytics, and actionable insights.
• Maintain a comprehensive understanding of healthcare market dynamics, regulatory factors, and emerging trends impacting pharmaceutical and payer stakeholders.
• Represent Collabrios Health at industry conferences, client meetings, and strategic networking events.
• Ensure accurate forecasting and pipeline tracking within CRM systems.
• Provide valuable market intelligence and customer insights to guide product strategy and innovation efforts.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Life Sciences, Public Health, or a related discipline.
• 7–10+ years of progressive experience in healthcare sales, with direct responsibility for selling healthcare data, analytics, or technology solutions.
• Proven success in selling to both pharmaceutical organizations and payer or health plan clients.
• Demonstrated history of meeting or exceeding sales quotas and revenue targets.
• Experience in managing complex enterprise sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders and extended decision-making timelines.
• Strong understanding of real-world data (RWD), real-world evidence (RWE), claims data, population health analytics, value-based care initiatives, market access, and payer strategy.
• Excellent presentation, negotiation, and executive communication skills.
• Willingness to travel approximately 25–40% depending on business requirements.
