SVP, Client Account Management

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take on a strategic leadership position to enhance the success and expansion of client relationships.

• Supervise the Client Account Management team, formulating and implementing account strategies.

• Ensure the overall satisfaction and retention of valued clients.

• Guide, mentor, and motivate a high-performing Client Account Management team.

• Establish clear objectives and expectations for the team, providing direction to accomplish goals.

• Create and implement strategic account management plans aimed at driving growth, retention, and customer satisfaction.

• Build and maintain strong, enduring relationships with key clients.

• Take responsibility for ARR Retention, Logo Retention, and Upsell as key success metrics.

• Examine key performance indicators (KPIs) and client metrics to assess and enhance performance.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline; or equivalent professional experience.

• Over 10 years of leadership experience in customer management or account management.

• Proven track record in developing customer strategies and delivering measurable outcomes.

• Strong capabilities in strategic thinking and problem-solving.

• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills; experienced in establishing robust internal and external relationships.

• Comfortable leading cross-functional teams and capable of creating and presenting at the executive level.

• Self-driven, persuasive, and proactive with creative ideas to motivate team members and clients.

• Ability to excel in a fast-paced, dynamic, and high-growth environment.

• Required experience in a health system or healthcare technology company.

• Required experience in a Software as a Service (SaaS) organization.

• Familiarity with CRM software and account management tools.
