This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Tennessee.
• Formulates and directs the company’s business development strategy to facilitate long-term growth and enhance competitive positioning.
• Analyzes market dynamics, identifies emerging opportunities, and assesses industry trends to guide strategic decision-making.
• Collaborates with the executive team to establish revenue objectives, growth ambitions, and organizational priorities.
• Recognizes, pursues, and secures new business opportunities, strategic alliances, joint ventures, and acquisitions.
• Manages the development of the pipeline and ensures the consistent progression of high-value opportunities.
• Enhances the company's presence in both existing and new markets by fostering relationships with key stakeholders and industry leaders.
• Builds and sustains robust executive-level relationships with clients, partners, investors, and external organizations.
• Represents the company at industry events, conferences, and business forums to boost brand visibility.
• Negotiates impactful contracts, agreements, and partnerships that align with the organization's objectives.
• Guides, mentors, and cultivates a high-performing business development team, emphasizing accountability, innovation, and results.
• Sets performance indicators, monitoring systems, and reporting frameworks to drive team achievements.
• Manages budgeting, forecasting, and resource distribution for business development projects.
• Leverages data-driven insights to assess opportunity viability, ROI, and strategic risks.
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, risk management, or a related field from an accredited institution is preferred.
• Required to possess or be in progress towards CPCU and/or ARM designation.
• A minimum of ten (10+) years of relevant experience, including relationship building in claims management or risk management, or a suitable combination of education and experience is required.
• Demonstrated success in leading large-scale growth initiatives and securing high-value partnerships.
• Experience in executive senior leadership roles within a complex, high-growth, or multi-unit organization.
