Survey Agent

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Identify and confirm that contacted individuals fulfill the necessary criteria for inclusion in the survey sample.

• Solicit information from respondents in a respectful, professional, and courteous manner.

• Conduct surveys with precision and ensure the questionnaire is completed in its entirety.

• Accurately record and complete all required information.

• Be available to conduct surveys during the designated working hours and according to the specified schedule.

• Adhere to all instructions, procedures, and guidelines provided for the effective administration of surveys.

• Maintain a professional and positive demeanor when engaging with respondents.

⛳️ Requirements

• C1 level of English proficiency, both written and spoken.

• Prior experience in customer service, call centers, surveys, or similar environments.

• Proficient knowledge of and ability to utilize computer tools and online platforms.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Strong sense of responsibility and dedication.

• Dynamic, proactive, and customer-focused attitude.

• Capability to work independently and adhere to instructions accurately.

• Dependable and stable internet connection.

• Availability and willingness to work late schedules, up to 12:00 AM (midnight).

• Comfortable using online survey platforms and communication tools.
