Surgical Healing Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Driving sales growth, increasing product adoption, and expanding market share for incision management and wound healing solutions.

• Developing and nurturing relationships with surgeons and key stakeholders.

• Consulting on the safe and effective use of Solventum products by participating in OR cases and offering procedural support.

• Enhancing the utilization of advanced therapy solutions, including NPWT.

• Establishing connections with economic decision makers and addressing their financial and clinical priorities.

• Achieving sustainable growth through strategic account planning and effective territory management.

• Delivering comprehensive customer support through continuous education.

• Utilizing software platforms for planning, pipeline management, and utilization tracking.

• Supporting industry conferences and trade shows.

• Availability for on-call responsibilities.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher AND 4 years of medical sales or clinical experience OR High School Diploma/GED AND 8 years of medical sales or clinical experience.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

• Possession of a current, valid Driver’s License.

• Experience in selling and consulting within an operating room environment.

• Demonstrated success in achieving sales quotas and targets.

• Proven experience in territory management and business planning.

• Established expertise in building strong customer relationships with key influencers (e.g., surgeons).

• Strong understanding of clinical and economic value drivers across various care areas.

• Customer-focused selling and closing skills.

• Experience navigating complex sales cycles.

• Completion of a formal sales training program.

• Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).

• Familiarity with new product introductions and the value analysis process.

• Exceptional data analysis and analytical skills.
