This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Propel surgeon demand across the entire Surgical COT portfolio, which encompasses Stapling, Energy, Suture, Electrosurgery, Situate, and Access & Instrumentation.
• Formulate and implement strategic sales initiatives.
• Recognize practice trends and nurture essential customer relationships to stimulate market growth and adoption.
• Collaborate closely with clinical and administrative stakeholders to enhance business opportunities.
• Conduct business reviews and play a role in regional and national conversion strategies.
• Act as the primary liaison across MDT account teams.
• Oversee the development and execution of account-level contractual strategies.
• Manage and conduct quarterly Customer Business Reviews to assess performance and pinpoint growth opportunities.
• High School Diploma (or equivalent) AND 6+ years of experience* OR Associate’s Degree AND 4+ years of experience* OR Bachelor’s Degree AND 2+ years of experience*
• Relevant sales, clinical, or associated experience in medical devices, medtech, healthcare, or life sciences.
• Demonstrated success in sales within the medical device or healthcare sector, ideally in surgical or related fields.
• Strong comprehension of clinical settings and the capability to convey complex product information to varied stakeholders.
• Experience in establishing and managing key customer relationships with decision-makers in both clinical and administrative capacities.
• Ability to evaluate business trends and utilize insights to formulate actionable strategies.
• Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Capability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a team setting.
• Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., SF.com) and Microsoft Office Suite.
