This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Formulate and execute strategies aimed at enhancing market share by identifying targeted hospitals, surgical centers, and related entities within the designated territory.
• Market and sell the company’s products and tissues through engagements with existing clients and the cultivation of new prospects.
• Propel sales growth and meet established sales performance objectives derived from historical company sales data for products and tissue offerings.
• Recognize, articulate, and capitalize on market opportunities by deploying innovative marketing strategies, crafting effective sales plans, and achieving balanced revenue growth across all customer accounts while utilizing surgical-related sales channels (hospitals, surgical centers, and associated entities) within the assigned territory.
• Choose presentation material from company-approved resources; deliver both large group and individual presentations to customers and prospects regarding all company products and their applications.
• Investigate and resolve purchase order discrepancies for customers, adhering to established policies and guidelines.
• Build and maintain a collaborative relationship with the company's wound account executive and management to guarantee effective support for physicians utilizing our products.
• Provide precise and prompt reporting and tracking of sales activities, as well as territory sales forecasts.
• Stay informed about industry happenings, updates, and local market intelligence.
• Leverage key scientific medical research to enhance customer and prospect understanding of the properties, outcomes, and benefits of the company’s products and tissue offerings.
• Outline and establish territory plans to ensure attainment of revenue and sales targets for the current period (e.g., month, quarter, and year) along with the long-term growth of the territory.
• BS/BA in a relevant field.
• 2-5 years of experience in a related domain, including 1-3 years in progressively responsible roles, or demonstrable capability; OR MS/MA with 1-3 years of experience in a related field.
• Certification is mandatory in certain areas.
• Preferred 3-4 years of experience in the medical device, biotechnology, and tissue sectors of the healthcare industry.
• Prior experience in rapidly growing organizations and fostering relationships that contributed to the organization’s expansion.
