Support Worker

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Deliver personal care and assist with medication management

• Provide companionship and emotional support

• Prepare meals and beverages

• Observe and communicate changes in wellbeing

• Assist with hobbies, activities, and appointments

• React appropriately to emergencies

• Aid vulnerable adults in their homes during the Christmas and New Year season

• Offer day and waking night shifts throughout the festive period

• Help ensure the delivery of high-quality care and support during the holiday season

⛳️ Requirements

• Availability during the Christmas and New Year period

• A caring, compassionate, and dependable demeanor

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Right to Work in the UK

• Ability to travel to and from clients' residences

• Previous experience in care is advantageous

• A DBS check is mandatory for all roles at an enhanced level

• Must not be barred from working in Regulated Activity

• Willingness to take on safeguarding responsibilities and adhere to Codes of Conduct, ethical standards, safeguarding policies, and expected behaviors
