Support Worker

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Assist and support clients with their personal care requirements

• Provide companionship and attentive listening for clients

• Monitor and report any changes in clients' health conditions

• Aid with meals and hydration

• Respond effectively to emergency situations

• Promptly administer medication as required

• Accompany clients to their appointments and social gatherings

• Encourage and assist clients in engaging with hobbies and various activities

• Deliver care and support to vulnerable individuals in the comfort of their own homes

• A compassionate and nurturing demeanor

• Strong written and verbal communication abilities

• Personal transport is necessary

• A valid UK Driving Licence is mandatory

• Eligibility to work in the UK is required

• An Enhanced DBS check is essential

• Capability to work with children, young individuals, or vulnerable adults

• Adherence to codes of conduct, ethical standards, safeguarding policies, and expected behaviors
