Support Specialist – Radiotherapy, RT

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Install radiotherapy and radiosurgery systems for clients across the region, including Spain, parts of Portugal, and other European countries.

• Deliver after-sales support, encompassing diagnosis, servicing, maintenance, and repairs.

• Serve as the technical representative for Brainlab, ensuring effective communication and appropriate responses to customer issues.

• Perform routine calibrations and preventive maintenance services.

• Educate physicist teams on Brainlab products; a dedicated training team provides additional customer instruction.

• Ensure complete client satisfaction through exceptional service.

⛳️ Requirements

• A degree or certification in Medical Physics, Medical Dosimetry, radiation therapy technology, or a related field.

• Strong knowledge in the area of informatics.

• Experience in diagnosing IT infrastructure and networking problems.

• Familiarity with linear accelerators is a plus.

• Previous experience in service and maintenance within robotics and/or electromechanics is preferred.

• Proficient in both written and spoken English and Polish.

• Excellent interpersonal, teamwork, and self-management abilities.

• Willingness to travel approximately 80% of the time.

• Capability to work autonomously.

• Highly motivated self-starter with strong interpersonal skills.
