Support Specialist – Radiotherapy

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Italy.

📋 Description

• Install radiotherapy and radiosurgery systems for clients across the region, including Spain, parts of Portugal, and other European nations.

• Deliver after-sales support for radiotherapy and radiosurgery systems, which encompasses diagnosis, servicing, maintenance, and repairs.

• Serve as the technical representative for Brainlab by effectively communicating with customers, understanding their issues, and responding appropriately.

• Perform routine calibrations and preventive maintenance services.

• Educate customers, such as physicist teams, about Brainlab products.

• Ensure complete service satisfaction for clients.

⛳️ Requirements

• Degree/Certification in Medical Physics, Medical Dosimetry, radiation therapy technology, or a related field.

• Strong knowledge in the area of informatics.

• Experience in diagnosing IT infrastructure and networking issues.

• Familiarity with linear accelerators is an advantage.

• Previous experience in service or maintenance within robotics and/or electromechanics.

• Proficient in both spoken and written English and Italian.

• Exceptional social, teamwork, and self-management abilities.

• Willingness to travel approximately 80% of the time.

• Capability to work independently.

• Highly motivated self-starter with outstanding interpersonal skills.
