Support Specialist – Nonprofit Fundraising Campaigns

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Respond to and assist incoming donors

• Adhere to established scripts and protocols

• Accurately record donation and pledge details

• Verify donor information

• Address relevant process-related inquiries

• Utilize multiple applications during calls

• Safeguard confidential information

• Comply with quality and regulatory standards

• Maintain consistent attendance during designated service hours

• Contribute to established nonprofit fundraising initiatives

• Handle incoming donor calls exclusively, with no cold calling, outbound dialing, prospecting, direct solicitation, or product sales

⛳️ Requirements

• High school diploma or GED equivalent

• Minimum of 6 months remote customer service experience or 1 year of onsite customer service experience

• Professional demeanor on the phone

• Excellent listening and verbal communication abilities

• Proficient typing and data entry skills

• Capability to follow scripts and structured guidelines

• Ability to work independently

• Dedicated and quiet home office environment

• Windows 11 computer required

• At least 8GB RAM; 16GB is preferable

• Noise-canceling USB headset

• High-speed wired internet connection

• Direct Ethernet connection necessary

• Quiet and distraction-free workspace

• Certification required prior to servicing

• MacBooks, Chromebooks, tablets, and Wi-Fi-only connections are not supported
