This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Install new Brainlab devices and software in healthcare facilities.

• Implement software and hardware upgrades.

• Conduct maintenance and inspections of systems/devices, including Electrical Safety Tests, within designated timeframes.

• Troubleshoot issues independently.

• Repair systems/devices to reduce downtime.

• Execute installation or service assignments efficiently and promptly.

• Independently plan, organize, and implement service assignments following Support Manager directives.

• Accurately complete mandatory administrative tasks.

• Document services performed in accordance with Brainlab policies.

• Contribute ideas and innovations to enhance current products and provide sustainable input for ongoing engineering efforts.

• Keep customers informed about ongoing requests, maintain customer relationships, and deliver exceptional customer service.

• Maintain effective communication with customers, colleagues, and superiors.

• Work independently from a home office as part of the technical customer support team.


⛳️ Requirements

• Technical degree in electrical engineering, electronics, mechatronics, or a related field.

• Preferably 1-3 years of experience in a technical support role, ideally within a healthcare company or provider.

• Experience with X-ray imaging systems or scanners is advantageous.

• Strong knowledge of computer and network technologies.

• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities.

• Highly motivated, customer-oriented individual with the capacity to prioritize tasks and work independently.

• Outstanding organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage several projects simultaneously.

• Capable of working well both independently and within a team setting.

• High flexibility and willingness to travel internationally up to 80% of the time.

• Excellent communication skills in both English and Spanish.

• Basic knowledge of MS Office.

• Familiarity with Salesforce.com (CRM) is a plus.

• Must possess a valid driving license.
