Support Specialist, Imaging Systems

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.

📋 Description

• Execute installations, maintenance, and repairs of Brainlab systems, including Loop X and Airo, at hospitals and clinical facilities.

• Offer both remote and on-site technical assistance, guiding clinical personnel through troubleshooting processes and system operations.

• Perform diagnostics, upgrades, and proactive service checks to guarantee optimal device performance.

• Serve as a reliable technical advisor for clients, cultivating strong relationships and ensuring long-term satisfaction.

• Assist in product launches by managing setup, testing, and user onboarding processes.

• Accurately document all service activities in accordance with quality standards.

• Work collaboratively with sales, engineering, and clinical support teams to provide seamless customer service.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, electronics, mechatronics, or a related field.

• Preferably some experience in technical support, particularly within the healthcare industry.

• Familiarity with X-ray systems and/or scanner technology is advantageous.

• Strong IT, networking, and troubleshooting capabilities.

• Ability to work independently with a structured and solution-focused approach.

• Excellent communication skills in both English and French.

• Willingness to travel nationally (up to 80%) and possibly for occasional international assignments.

• Proficient in MS Office; familiarity with Salesforce is a plus.

• Possession of a valid driver’s license.
