This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Offer telephone assistance while executing a range of routine clerical and support tasks in accordance with established procedures.
• Type and transcribe various assignments, including business correspondence, forms, and reports.
• Engage directly with customers, which may involve gathering information for reports and processing forms and documents.
• Redirect and escalate calls to the appropriate department when necessary.
• Completion of high school education.
• At least 1 year of experience in a general office or related company role.
• Proficient written and verbal communication skills to proofread and edit routine forms, reports, and business correspondence.
• General understanding of department procedures and operations to effectively prepare, process, and finalize assignments while maintaining accurate records.
• Capability to handle inbound calls promptly, ensuring a positive, empathetic, and professional demeanor towards customers at all times.
