This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Act as the main point of contact for property managers utilizing the platform

• Quickly address customer inquiries through email, chat, and phone

• Guide users in navigating dashboards, reports, and data visualization tools

• Resolve platform issues and escalate technical problems when needed

• Offer onboarding support and training for new clients

• Examine market trends and competitor activities across Airbnb, VRBO, and other vacation rental sites

• Provide insights based on available analytics and benchmarking information

• Assist property managers in monitoring portfolio performance and discovering growth opportunities

• Support revenue management efforts through data-driven insights

• Keep accurate customer records and support documentation

• Record customer interactions, resolutions, and feature requests

• Work collaboratively with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams to enhance the customer experience

• Contribute to the creation of knowledge base articles, training materials, and support resources


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field

• Over 2 years of experience in Customer Support, Property Management, Vacation Rentals, Hospitality, Revenue Management, or Data Analytics

• Strong knowledge of short-term rental platforms like Airbnb and VRBO

• Experience in interpreting performance metrics and market data

• Exceptional written and spoken English skills

• Familiarity with short-term rental analytics platforms

• Understanding of revenue management and dynamic pricing strategies

• Experience with property management systems (PMS) and channel managers

• Background in supporting professional property managers or hospitality operators
