This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Montana.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to patients and various medical facilities.
• Address and resolve customer complaints and issues.
• Handle between 65 to 80 inbound and outbound calls daily.
• Reach out to patients regarding their account balances and provide options for financial assistance.
• Effectively use Epic to address patient inquiries and requirements.
• Foster strong communication within and between departments.
• A minimum of six (6) months of experience in serving a large volume of customers in a fast-paced setting.
• At least six (6) months of experience using a computer with proficient and accurate typing skills.
• High School Diploma or Equivalent is preferred.
• Previous experience with medical and billing terminology is preferred.
• Prior experience in the healthcare field is preferred.
