This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Oklahoma.
• Manage incoming interactions for prominent brands
• Provide assistance to customers regarding inquiries, service requests, account requirements, and product support
• Utilize guided systems and resources to ensure exceptional customer service
• Uphold professionalism, accuracy, and alignment with brand standards
• Provide flexible scheduling options once certification is achieved
• High school diploma or GED is required
• Candidates must be at least 18 years old
• Must be authorized to work in the United States
• U.S. residency is required (excluding CA, CO, CT, MA, MD, NY, OR, WA, WI)
• Capability to adhere to detailed processes and fulfill performance standards
• Excellent communication and active listening abilities
• Proficient in navigating computer applications and web-based tools
• Ability to work independently while remaining accountable to schedules
• Preferred: Prior experience in a call center or customer service role
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) is preferred but not mandatory
• Familiarity with phone-based or computer-based support settings
