This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Serves as the main point of contact for Telix customers, commercial partners, contract manufacturing organizations (CMOs), and internal stakeholders.

• Assists with daily customer care operations for Telix Pharmaceuticals in the US.

• Aids in the commercial launch and ongoing operational requirements of TLX101Px.

• Handles the intake and prioritization of product-related requests.

• Coordinates internal escalations effectively.

• Manages notifications of failures from CMOs and radiopharmacies.

• Ensures follow-up until case closure.

• Maintains accurate records within ticketing and reporting systems.

• Collaborates across departments, including Quality, Supply Chain, Logistics, and Commercial, to address complaint handling, temperature reporting, non-conformances, production failures, and related issue resolution.

• Keeps a strong understanding of current and new products, services, systems, and policies to guarantee a high-quality experience for customers and partners.


⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in Customer Service.

• Preferred background in complaint handling and management of product issues, ticketing or case management systems, and collaboration with manufacturing, quality, and supply chain partners.

• Experience in radiopharmaceuticals, pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, medical devices, or other regulated environments is desirable.

• An Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent education and work experience.

• Proficiency in various software and computer systems.

• Familiarity with SAP is preferred.

• Experience with Salesforce is preferred.

• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across functions.

• Capability to work independently.
