This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.
• Deliver timely, compassionate, and tailored assistance to platform users, mainly customers;
• Manage inquiries related to accounts, subscriptions, refunds, and various technical challenges associated with the platform;
• Ensure a positive user experience while addressing customer questions;
• Transform user feedback into meaningful insights for other teams, contributing to the development and enhancement of the product.
• Proven experience in Customer Support, Customer Success, or a similar role;
• Proficiency in Ukrainian and English at a native level, with a C1+ qualification;
• Ability to empathize and foster trusting relationships with users;
• Proactive in addressing not just current customer issues but also in anticipating potential challenges;
• A strong sense of curiosity and enthusiasm for tackling unconventional problems.
