This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.
• Deliver training programs throughout the academy in accordance with strategic business objectives.
• Collaborate with the Learning Business Partner and resources from the Instructional Design and Development HUB to implement business initiatives and ensure the availability of accurate content for training courses.
• Utilize the Learning Technology strategy to aid the business, enhance training effectiveness, and address performance gaps among employees.
• Engage in strategic learning projects that support business initiatives.
• Generate Attendance records, Training Plans, Training Reports, and other insights from the training sessions.
• 2-4 years of relevant experience is preferred.
• A Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience is preferred.
• Prior experience in Pharmacy Training development is preferred.
• Familiarity with Guardian Rx pharmacy management is preferred.
• Strong understanding of adult learning theories and best practices is preferred.
• Proficiency in virtual delivery platforms such as Zoom and MS Teams.
• Excellent oral, written, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• A strong work ethic is essential.
