Support Services Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Minnesota.

📋 Description

• Provide technical assistance for the designated team’s activities within defined applications

• Actively participate as a team member in product/system development initiatives

• Engage in discussions related to design and development

• Assist in estimating features

• Create migration strategies for legacy tools

• Develop and execute unit and systems tests

• Offer technical support and troubleshoot issues

• Document procedures and best practices

• Keep stakeholders informed about progress and challenges

• Mentor and train junior team members

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) or an equivalent qualification

• Up to 2 years of pertinent experience

• Must be eligible for necessary authorizations from the U.S. Government
