Support Operations Engineer – L2

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Sri Lanka.

📋 Description

• Provide expert technical support and troubleshoot client IT systems through escalations in the help desk.

• Implement, configure, and maintain new systems and technologies in the IT landscape.

• Meticulously document client interactions, technical investigations, and solutions achieved.

• Assist in project planning and execution, ensuring that solutions meet client specifications.

• Work collaboratively with engineering and broader technical teams to deliver comprehensive IT solutions.

• Perform regular system audits and updates to enhance system performance and reliability.

• Remain updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and evolving best practices.

• Aid in maintaining seamless, secure, and efficient IT environments for clients.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 4 years of experience in IT support within a Managed Service Provider (MSP) setting.

• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft systems, IT infrastructure, and networking principles.

• Relevant tertiary education and industry certifications are required.

• Experience with the following technologies and platforms is highly valued:

• Autotask

• Datto RMM

• IT Glue

• 3CX administration

• SentinelOne

• Microsoft 365 administration

• Intune configuration and deployment

• Conditional Access management

• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.

• Exceptional problem-solving skills.

• A customer-centric mindset with a dedication to providing outstanding service.
