Support Engineer, Engineering Operations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +13 more states.

📋 Description

• Address technical inquiries and issues via Slack, Linear, and Pylon.

• Gain a comprehensive understanding of Levanta's technology and assist customers in navigating technical challenges.

• Report product bugs to the engineering team, providing clear context for resolution.

• Develop and update technical support documentation for the Customer Success and Engineering teams.

• Recognize recurring issues and suggest enhancements to the product.

• Create internal tools to address frequent problems.

• Implement AI-driven workflows to enhance the efficiency of support processes.

• Act as the liaison between Customer Success and Engineering to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to products, integrations, and APIs.

⛳️ Requirements

• Only candidates with verified LinkedIn profiles will be considered.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical support, solutions engineering, or software engineering.

• Proficiency in reading and writing code in TypeScript.

• Strong communication skills with the ability to manage multiple technical discussions simultaneously.

• Familiarity with REST APIs, SQL, and cloud-based tools.

• Must have a permanent residence in one of the specified hub states: California, Florida, New York, Ohio, Utah, Texas, Michigan, Washington, Colorado, Massachusetts, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, or DC.
