This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Function as the engineer in training with the goal of becoming a Key Account Manager.

• Build and nurture robust relationships with mill leadership, operations teams, maintenance staff, and procurement stakeholders.

• Offer technical knowledge and support regarding papermaking processes, wet-end chemistry, retention and drainage programs, process water systems, and production enhancement.

• Assist in identifying opportunities to broaden chemical programs and increase share of wallet within current accounts.

• Perform regular plant visits, system assessments, and performance evaluations.

• Provide recommendations aimed at enhancing machine efficiency, sheet quality, production rates, and operational costs.

• Help facilitate quarterly business reviews and showcase performance metrics to clients.

• Collaborate with internal technical experts and laboratory resources to implement customer solutions.

• Meet revenue, profitability, and customer retention targets.

• Engineer in training aspiring to become a Key Account Manager.

• Technical proficiency related to papermaking processes, wet-end chemistry, retention and drainage programs, process water systems, and production optimization.

• Capability to establish and maintain relationships with mill leadership, operations teams, maintenance staff, and procurement stakeholders.

• Competence in conducting plant visits, system assessments, and performance evaluations.

• Ability to provide value-driven recommendations that enhance machine efficiency, sheet quality, production rates, and operational costs.

• Skill in presenting performance metrics to customers.

• Capacity to collaborate with internal technical experts and laboratory resources.

• Capability to meet revenue, profitability, and customer retention goals.
