Support Consultant I/II

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, requests, and support tickets.

• Assess and prioritize incoming issues, appropriately assigning or escalating them according to type, severity, and SLA guidelines.

• Provide assistance with basic NetSuite troubleshooting, configuration inquiries, permission errors, navigation challenges, data corrections, and validation tasks.

• Work in conjunction with other support team members to document solutions, client interactions, and best practices.

• Participate in knowledge-sharing initiatives, which include updating internal documentation, improving client-facing resources, and engaging in learning sessions.

• Oversee support queues while ensuring prompt follow-up on all issues, driving resolution in alignment with client expectations.

• Assist in testing activities related to configuration changes, enhancements, and system updates.

• Engage in team meetings, mentorship sessions, and product training to continuously enhance your NetSuite and consulting knowledge.


⛳️ Requirements

• A degree in Business, Information Technology, Accounting, or a related discipline is preferred.

• 2-3 years of professional experience; roles in technology, business, or customer service are advantageous.

• Previous experience in customer service, IT support, or account management is highly valued.

• Strong enthusiasm for business systems, cloud technology, and consulting.

• Exceptional attention to detail, along with strong organizational and time-management skills.

• Clear and professional communication abilities, both written and verbal.

• Proficient in handling data using Excel or Google Sheets.

• Proactive, inquisitive, and adaptable, with a willingness to learn from colleagues and mentors.

• 1-2 years of experience with NetSuite or any ERP system.

• Familiarity with SaaS tools or business applications is considered a plus.

• Experience with ticketing tools or customer support software is also a plus.
