Supply Planner Intern

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Italy.

📋 Description

• Assist in the creation of weekly and monthly supply plans to ensure resource capacity aligns with market demand.

• Work in partnership with production facilities to oversee execution and aid in decision-making during plan interruptions.

• Contribute to S&OE routines and S&OP cycles by preparing KPIs, conducting data analysis, and providing insights.

• Oversee stock levels to detect slow-moving products and identify potential obsolescence risks.

• Utilize Excel to manage supply planning models and develop reporting tools or dashboards.

• Monitor supply chain performance and recognize as well as mitigate potential risks.

• Collaborate with Demand Planning, Marketing, Logistics, and Procurement on innovation and enhancement projects.

• Report directly to the Supply Planning Manager at Bolton Food.

⛳️ Requirements

• Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related discipline.

• Strong interest in data analysis with the ability to identify trends and extract basic insights from complex datasets.

• Excellent communication skills and the capacity to thrive in a fast-paced, global environment.

• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including Query, Macro, and BI tools.

• Proficient in English.

• Proficiency in Spanish is an advantage.
