Supply & Logistics Operations Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Oversee, coordinate, and implement demand planning, supply chain, logistics, and operational duties for Sobi's in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland (DE – AT – CH).

• Develop a deep understanding of how demand arises, particularly from patient-driven sources.

• Assist in local launch readiness activities related to logistics.

• Serve as a liaison to Regulatory Affairs & Quality.

• Support net sales and volume analytics, along with reporting tasks.

• Coordinate daily activities with the customer care team.

⛳️ Requirements

• A university degree in a relevant discipline.

• At least 2–3 years of professional experience.

• Experience in supply chain, logistics, planning, or related finance functions.

• Proficient in advanced Excel functionalities.

• Strong skills in PowerPoint.

• Significant practical experience with ERP systems.

• Experience in monitoring and analyzing financial and operational performance KPIs.

• Advanced skills in data management and visualization, including Power BI.

• An AI-native mindset with the ability to incorporate AI tools into operational tasks.

• Excellent analytical, cross-functional, and hands-on problem-solving abilities.

• Highly organized and detail-oriented, demonstrating a strong commitment to timelines and deadlines while remaining adaptable to shifting priorities.

• Strong analytical, project/team management capabilities, and innovative thinking.

• Ability to thrive in fast-paced and rapidly evolving environments.

• Active participation in and contribution to the ongoing optimization of internal processes and external workflows.

• Fluent in German at a native level and proficient in English at a business level, both written and spoken.
