Supply Chain Specialist, Wholesale – In-Store Operations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Strategize and implement in-store operations for both Seasonal and Mainstay greeting card programs.

• Collaborate with third-party merchandisers for weekly store upkeep, installation of branded signage, and replenishment management.

• Coordinate with third-party partners during new store openings, renovations, and closures.

• Assist in launching new Wholesale programs and oversee in-store execution and accountability.

• Compile weekly metrics on in-store operations and present findings to key stakeholder teams.

• Create precise, scalable, and easily updateable reports for Wholesale Greeting Card supply chain performance metrics.

• Monitor third-party merchandiser data for compliance with completion across everyday and seasonal initiatives.

• Deliver store-level operational updates related to Seasonal card programs.

• Work alongside Inventory Specialists to address store-level inventory requirements and allocations.

• Maintain documentation for store layout and card fixtures.

• Provide analytical assistance in cost negotiations with Wholesale partners.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline.

• 1-3 years of experience in operations or supply chain (academic experience is acceptable).

• Proficient in demand planning and inventory management.

• Detail-oriented and process-driven with excellent organizational skills.

• Possess strong analytical capabilities to utilize large datasets for actionable insights.

• Exceptional communication skills for effective collaboration with both internal stakeholders and external partners.

• Quick learner with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.

• Innovative problem-solving skills with a focus on product quality and operational excellence.
