This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Utilize analytical techniques, data, and business systems to assess, enhance, and streamline Logistics operations and processes.
• Oversee and analyze extensive datasets.
• Track operational performance, pinpoint trends and challenges, and formulate actionable recommendations that align with business goals and promote cost savings.
• Operate autonomously with minimal oversight while effectively prioritizing and executing tasks.
• Support various large-scale initiatives and manage daily project activities.
• Create and sustain project and organizational scorecards.
• Assess performance in relation to business cases.
• Anticipate operational requirements and detect opportunities for process enhancements.
• Assist with business and system improvements through thorough analysis.
• Present findings and recommendations to leadership.
• Generate and analyze reports that facilitate business operations, including ad-hoc queries and reports utilizing multiple resources.
• Design business tools and solutions while identifying opportunities for Logistics process improvements.
• Provide strategic recommendations to senior management.
• Mentor and guide Logistics Analysts.
• Conduct data mining, data modeling, data analysis, cost/benefit analysis, process mapping, and problem-solving analysis.
• Develop and maintain cost projections, forecasts, and cost models.
• Manage relationships with vendors and business partners.
• A minimum of 2 years of practical experience with IBM Maximo.
• Familiarity with Maximo applications, including Inventory, Item Master, Storerooms, Purchasing, and Receiving.
• Proficient Excel skills with robust data analysis capabilities.
• Experience in managing and analyzing substantial datasets.
• Strong background in forecasting, reporting, and process enhancement.
• Capability to manage multiple projects and priorities independently.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with the Maximo Application Suite (MAS) is preferred.
• Familiarity with MXLoader is preferred.
• Experience in MRO spare parts inventory management is preferred.
• Background in supporting warehouse, fulfillment center, distribution center, manufacturing, or maintenance environments is preferred.
• Knowledge of SQL, Power BI, Cognos, or other reporting tools is preferred.
• Understanding of inventory optimization, cycle counting, and master data governance is preferred.
• Must be at least eighteen years of age or older.
• Must have legal authorization to work in the United States.
• A Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in a field relevant to the job.
• A minimum of 3 years of work experience.
• Flexible remote/virtual work arrangement.
• Overnight travel typically less than 10% of the time.
