This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +2 more states.
• Provide precise and risk-averse cost estimates that support customer proposals.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to acquire supplier quotes and create cost models.
• Manage supplier contributions and verify cost information.
• Work in partnership with business development, contracts, and program management teams.
• Ensure supply chain components within proposals are compliant and competitive.
• Create cost models and establish pricing strategies.
• Identify and assess potential suppliers and partners.
• Lead proposal reviews and integrate feedback effectively.
• Must be a U.S. citizen and willing to obtain a U.S. Government security clearance.
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related discipline.
• At least 6 years of experience in supply chain or roles related to business development/finance.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, OneNote, and PowerPoint.
• Experience in government contracting or subcontracting is preferred.
• Above-average proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including Power Pivots and basic macros is preferred.
