This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Gain a comprehensive understanding of the proposal lifecycle – encompassing initial solution development, proposal writing, final editing, compliance assurance, and submission.
• Assist in orchestrating opportunity kick-off meetings and maintaining project cadence calls.
• Create annotated outlines (initial responses) and section specifications that align with the proposal strategy.
• Contribute to leading proposal development and strategic planning efforts for all assigned bids and RFPs.
• Act as the primary writer, as required, for proposals and RFPs of varying sizes and complexities.
• Generate and oversee compliant and persuasive proposal content in line with RFP specifications.
• Offer peer review editorial support for team members at different phases of the bid development process.
• Collaborate with technical subject matter experts and capture team leaders to formulate bid and proposal strategies (and related content) aimed at enhancing our bid position and boosting win probabilities.
• Coordinate the creation of graphics, collaborating with technical experts to depict technical and management concepts and articulate key proposal messages.
• Utilize technology-based tools and software applications (e.g., Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, RFP Management Software) for proposal communication, collaboration, scheduling, and development.
• Edit and proofread proposal sections for style, consistency, and compliance.
• Ensure all information aligns with the organization’s brand message, value proposition, business objectives, and style standards.
• Support the production of proposals, guaranteeing high-quality, professional materials are created and delivered punctually.
• Aid in the production, binding, packaging, and shipping of all customer documents, as necessary.
• Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Communications, Business, or a related field; AMPM certification is a plus.
• At least 2 years of demonstrated experience in managing large, complex proposals.
• Proficiency in RFP AI Automation Software is essential.
• Experience in Project Managing the RFP process.
• Ability to think critically and synthesize information from multiple sources to produce clear, cohesive, and persuasive documents promptly to meet SLA requirements.
• Strong communication skills are required, with the ability to collaborate across all organizational levels, including product, sales, operations, HR, security, risk, and legal.
• Eligible to participate in our annual bonus plan with a target of 5.00%
