This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.
• Oversee comprehensive supply chain projects that encompass supplier onboarding, capacity enhancement, inventory strategies, logistics optimization, ERP improvements, and initiatives for process enhancement.
• Create and oversee project plans, timelines, milestones, risks, dependencies, and budgets.
• Manage project governance, status updates, escalation processes, and communication with stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Strategic Sourcing and Supplier Management for supplier introductions, contract implementations, and improvements in on-time delivery.
• Coordinate with both domestic and international suppliers regarding production readiness, lead times, and capacity planning.
• Lead supply chain initiatives related to NetSuite, which include enhancements in workflow, improvements in inventory and demand planning, and standardization of KPIs.
• Ensure alignment across Engineering, Manufacturing, Finance, Logistics, and Field Services for cross-functional execution.
• Establish and monitor performance metrics such as on-time delivery (OTD), inventory turns, days on hand, and supplier performance.
• Assist in planning for the mitigation of supply risks, shortages, and quality concerns.
• Create standard operating procedures (SOPs), playbooks, and project templates to enhance repeatability and scalability.
• Facilitate project reviews, decision-making forums, and retrospectives following implementation.
• Promote continuous improvement through the application of lessons learned and process standardization.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Business, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• At least 5 years of experience in supply chain, operations, or manufacturing project management.
• Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional projects within fast-paced or complex environments.
• Strong knowledge of procurement, supplier management, inventory planning, logistics, and manufacturing or infrastructure supply chains.
• Practical experience with ERP systems, particularly NetSuite, is strongly preferred.
• Proficient in project management tools such as Smartsheet, MS Project, Asana, or similar applications.
• Experience in electrical infrastructure, data centers, industrial manufacturing, or engineered-to-order settings is preferred.
• Familiarity with supplier contracts, Master Service Agreements (MSAs), and performance metrics is preferred.
• Experience in supporting international suppliers and managing global logistics is preferred.
• Certification such as PMP, CPIM, CSCP, or similar is a plus.
