This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania, +1 more state.
• Oversee a variety of domestic and international qualitative studies throughout the entire project lifecycle.
• Manage relationships with clients, partners, and healthcare professional samples to ensure timely project completion within budget and according to client expectations.
• Facilitate the screening, scheduling, confirmation, and preparation of respondents for TDIs, focus groups, in-person IDIs, and online qualitative interviews.
• Quickly address no-shows, follow up with tardy respondents, and dispatch last-minute materials as necessary.
• Set up and test surveys and screeners, monitor statistical data, manage respondent honoraria, and finalize, audit, and invoice projects using a technology-driven system.
• Coordinate and lead project kickoff meetings.
• Provide regular updates on recruitment status and progress reports.
• Proactively identify fielding concerns and issues.
• Collaborate with sales and operations teams to resolve issues and enhance study performance.
• Manage vendor relationships to ensure timely deliverables, effective communication, and resolution of issues.
• Monitor and account for project expenses to maintain study profitability.
• Offer guidance and mentorship to members of the Market Research Project Management team as required.
• 2–3 years of experience in Market Research.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple qualitative projects concurrently in a dynamic environment with changing deadlines.
• Experience in quantitative project management is preferred.
• Self-motivated with outstanding organizational abilities and keen attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Outlook, and Word.
• Ability to rapidly acquire knowledge of new technologies and software platforms.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
