Supply Chain Program Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +2 more states.

📋 Description

• Develop and implement a range of small to moderately sized projects and initiatives.

• Facilitate the transition to clinically and economically viable clinical and non-clinical goods and services.

• Assist the Value Analysis Program by managing governance processes, operational infrastructure, implementation oversight, and program execution.

• Organize governance-related activities.

• Maintain standardized tools and reporting mechanisms.

• Record decisions and approvals.

• Track the progress of implementation.

• Ensure compliance with governance standards.

• Collaborate with clinical, sourcing, operational, and supplier stakeholders.

• Provide leadership, eliminate obstacles, align priorities, and drive transformation.

• Oversee timelines and offer escalation support for any identified challenges.

• Guarantee that sanctioned value analysis initiatives are executed throughout the organization.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's Degree in Health Care, Business, Supply Chain Management, or a comparable combination of education and experience.

• At least 5 years of project management experience in healthcare, information services, a related industry, or operations.

• Proven experience managing multiple projects involving various stakeholders.

• Preferred: 5 years of experience within the healthcare sector.
