This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.
• Take ownership of the complete supply chain planning process, encompassing raw materials, packaging, finished goods, production timelines, and inventory availability.
• Guarantee that the brand remains fully stocked and is ready for swift sales surges, limited edition releases, and weekly product launches.
• Develop and sustain systems that support over 100 active SKUs and frequent new flavor innovations.
• Collaborate with manufacturing, operations, finance, product development, and leadership to synchronize production planning with demand.
• Spot bottlenecks, risks, and shortages before they escalate into business challenges.
• Oversee procurement for more than 50 ingredients, including flavor systems, functional components, packaging, and other raw materials.
• Manage supplier relationships and negotiate to achieve low costs without compromising on quality, lead times, or supply reliability.
• Establish multiple sourcing options for essential ingredients.
• Monitor lead times, minimum order quantities (MOQs), price fluctuations, supplier capacity, and inventory risks.
• Propel continuous cost savings across the supply base.
• Coordinate with toll manufacturers to ensure production is completed on schedule, in full, and meets quality standards.
• Track production timelines, ingredient availability, packaging readiness, and finished goods output.
• Hold manufacturing partners accountable for timelines, quality standards, and service levels.
• Quickly escalate issues and resolve problems in real-time.
• Support rapid product launches and innovation cycles.
• Maintain precise inventory visibility across raw materials, packaging, work-in-progress (WIP), and finished goods.
• Develop planning tools and reports for swift, informed inventory decisions.
• Balance inventory availability with cash discipline, preventing stockouts and unnecessary over-purchasing.
• Enhance the cash conversion cycle through more strategic purchasing, production planning, and inventory management.
• Analyze demand trends, drop performance, reorder requirements, and SKU velocity.
• Ensure that products are manufactured according to specifications and meet brand quality standards.
• Collaborate with QA and manufacturing teams to resolve product, ingredient, packaging, or production issues.
• Ensure product availability facilitates fast shipping, accurate orders, and an exceptional customer experience.
• Safeguard the brand by aligning supply chain execution with customer demand.
• Demonstrated experience in supply chain, procurement, production planning, manufacturing coordination, or operations leadership.
• Background in food, beverage, supplements, consumer packaged goods (CPG), powders, stick packs, or high SKU consumer products is highly preferred.
• Strong skills in procurement and supplier negotiation.
• Highly analytical with exceptional Excel proficiency.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, providing quick, clear, and accurate responses.
• Solid understanding of inventory planning, lead times, purchase orders, production schedules, and the cash conversion cycle.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, vendors, ingredients, timelines, and urgent issues simultaneously.
• Extremely detail-oriented and highly accountable.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-pressure, high-growth environment.
• Willingness to be highly responsive outside of traditional business hours when necessary.
