This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Oklahoma.
• Serve as the primary liaison between the Global Supply Chain’s Procurement and Program divisions to guarantee supplier On-Time-Delivery (OTD).
• Oversee supply chain planning efforts and manage conflicting priorities effectively.
• Analyze trends and historical data to anticipate risks in procurement processes.
• Take ownership of the scope and define requirements for consistent success.
• Travel to regional supplier locations as necessary.
• Collaborate with procurement teams to ensure timely delivery of purchase orders.
• Engage with suppliers to identify unsupported deliveries and assess scheduling impacts.
• Facilitate the development of milestone plans and strategies to return to a favorable state.
• Address intricate issues with cross-functional teams until resolution.
• Utilize SDMS and S4/HANA to convey purchase order status to suppliers and programs.
• Deliver timely and accurate information to larger teams.
• Level 2: Bachelor’s degree with 2 years of relevant experience, or a Master’s degree.
• Level 2 alternative: High School Diploma/GED with 6 years of applicable experience in place of a degree.
• Level 3: Bachelor’s degree with 5 years of relevant experience, Master’s degree with 3 years, or PhD with 1 year.
• Level 3 alternative: High School Diploma/GED with 9 years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree.
• Relevant fields encompass Logistics, Global Supply Chain, Project Management, Product Support, Training, or Cross-departmental coordination.
• Experience with SAP or another ordering platform in procurement or inventory management.
• Capability to obtain a U.S. Government Secret Clearance and maintain Program Special Access post-hire.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Preferred: skills in vLookup, xLookup, PivotTables, Boolean methods, and large-data-set aggregation.
• Preferred: familiarity with Power Automate, Lists, and Power Apps.
• Preferred: knowledge of FLIS, Mil-Specs, standards, and drawings.
• Preferred: experience with flight-worthy parts and their acceptability.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills along with effective interpersonal abilities.
• U.S. citizenship is required for roles that necessitate a government clearance.
