Supply Chain Planner

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Assist team members in all facets of daily operations to ensure the achievement of supply chain business outcomes.

• Ensure regular fulfillment of all material requisition orders, standard sales orders, and transfer warehouse orders.

• Provide assistance, support, and backup coverage for all Supply Chain team members.

• Understand and carry out all Supply Chain functions, including stock takes, inventory accuracy in allocation and consumption, material demand, and purchase orders.

• Evaluate and manage inventory levels to guarantee a steady supply.

• Collaborate with project managers, vendors, and suppliers to confirm material availability.

• Communicate with vendors regarding order status, shipping information, and other inquiries.

• Promptly respond to all vendor inquiries.

• Coordinate with the Operations Team in Vernon – including Logistics, Shipping & Receiving, Production, and QC.

• Engage in communication with Customer Support.

• Maintain excel logs, documentation, and claims.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must possess a degree in any four-year business course.

• At least 2 years of relevant experience is required.

• Experience in the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods or Food industry is a plus.

• Above-average written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Proficient in MS Excel, MS Outlook, and MS Teams.

• Strong logical and critical thinking abilities.

• Excellent analytical skills and meticulous attention to detail.

• Capable of working in a high-pressure environment with a strong sense of responsibility and accountability.

• Must be willing to work the graveyard shift.
