Senior Supply Chain Analyst, 18m Contract

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Assist in managing inventory, forecasting, and supply chain planning, which includes MRP, scheduling of production, and monthly updates.

• Oversee reconciliations, inventory counts, and adjustments across various warehouses in Canada and the U.S.

• Aid in establishing and monitoring departmental KPIs to guarantee efficiency in inventory and supply chain processes.

• Work alongside Sales and Marketing Communications to synchronize production plans with demand forecasts.

• Support assembly operations by collaborating with manufacturing partners to address production, inventory, or quality challenges.

• Facilitate purchase orders, vendor quotations, work orders, and raw material approvals to ensure cost-effectiveness and timely deliveries.

• Cultivate and sustain relationships with suppliers, monitoring their performance and ensuring accountability for deliverables.

• Collaborate with Accounting to reconcile MCOG accounts and assist in financial reporting concerning supply chain activities.

• Partner with Quality Assurance to aid the product realization process, investigate product concerns, and implement corrective and preventive measures.

• Ensure adherence to DIVA International Inc.’s ISO 13485 Quality Management System and B-Corp standards.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in supply chain, inventory management, or operations analysis, ideally within CPG or regulated sectors.

• Proficient analytical skills with a background in forecasting, MRP systems, and production planning.

• Understanding of inventory control, purchasing practices, and assembly operations.

• Familiarity with quality management systems and regulatory standards (ISO 13485, FDA, Health Canada).

• Experience with ERP systems (such as NetSuite or comparable) and Excel (including pivot tables and VLOOKUP).

• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities.

• Capability to collaborate effectively across various departments and with outside suppliers.

• Detail-oriented, proactive, and skilled in managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
