Logistics Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Schedule delivery time slots with leading Australian retailers through their supplier portals.

• Receive client orders and manage them from start to finish.

• Arrange 3PL carriers and transport services via email and their respective booking platforms.

• Monitor shipments and dispatches from the warehouse to final delivery.

• Address inquiries from customers and carriers via email and telephone.

• Accurately input data across various systems.

• Assist in preparing inventory planning reports with necessary data inputs.

⛳️ Requirements

• Previous experience in logistics or freight coordination is highly desirable.

• Practical experience in logistics coordination, freight operations, or FMCG supply chain administration, preferably in an Australian-facing context.

• Knowledge of Australian retailer supplier portals or similar retailer compliance systems.

• Ability to navigate multiple platforms and systems simultaneously with ease.

• Strong attention to detail is essential.

• A proactive approach to tasks is required.

• Proficient written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Capacity to manage a structured daily workflow with several concurrent tasks and time-sensitive deadlines.
