📋 Description

• Execute the daily playbooks that ensure freight remains on schedule and inventory levels are precise.

• Collaborate with freight brokers to obtain quotes that strike a balance between time efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

• Verify inventory upon receipt, ensuring prompt inbound processing at the warehouse.

• Inspect commercial invoices for accuracy related to cross-border shipments.

• Utilize knowledge of HS codes to accurately classify shipments.

• Keep precise records in internal operational tools.

• Assist with various logistics projects as the business expands.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in logistics, freight, or e-commerce operations (essential)

• Solid understanding of HS codes and customs classification (essential)

• Acquainted with commercial invoices and documentation for cross-border shipping (essential)

• Capability to independently manage daily operational playbooks, applying judgment as necessary (essential)

• Exceptional attention to detail and reliable daily performance (essential)

• Proficient in directly coordinating with freight brokers and vendors (essential)

• Preferred experience in inventory reconciliation processes

• Preferred familiarity with internal operations software, calculators, or WMS platforms
