Supply Chain Operations Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.

📋 Description

• Lead, develop, and manage teams focused on Supply Chain Operations and Inventory Control across various locations.

• Set performance metrics (KPIs) and accountability standards to guarantee operational excellence.

• Provide coaching and mentorship to team members to promote high performance and continuous improvement.

• Act as the escalation point for intricate inventory, production, and ERP-related challenges.

• Manage the integrity, governance, and compliance of ERP data across all operational sites.

• Create and standardize ERP processes to ensure uniformity across locations.

• Review and audit daily ERP transactions, including production confirmations, material movements, batch records, and inventory adjustments.

• Supervise and report on the lifecycle management of production orders to ensure timely confirmation, accurate consumption, labor capture, and cost allocation.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Operations, or a related field is preferred (experience may substitute for degree).

• Over 5 years of progressive experience in supply chain, inventory control, or manufacturing operations.

• At least 2 years of leadership or team management experience.

• Strong ERP experience is essential (SAP is highly preferred).

• In-depth knowledge of production planning, inventory control, material management, and cost accounting principles.

• Experience in regulated manufacturing environments is preferred.

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and root cause analysis skills.

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel is required).

• Willingness to travel up to 25%.
