Supply Chain Operations Analyst – SAP IBP

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Washington.

📋 Description

• Enter, update, and verify purchase order and supply chain information within internal systems.

• Assist in fulfilling customer-driven AI GPU purchase orders with delivery timelines ranging from zero to six months.

• Monitor material availability, delivery timelines, data center readiness, and customer specifications.

• Analyze data from various sources to ensure accuracy and consistency.

• Identify and report discrepancies, missing information, or potential scheduling conflicts.

• Engage in stakeholder meetings to discuss evolving priorities, inputs, and delivery needs.

• Track progress related to customer satisfaction and delivery timelines.

• Generate reports and perform basic analyses utilizing Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and other business tools.

• Keep comprehensive documentation and provide status updates to relevant stakeholders.

• Assist in automation, process enhancement, and reporting initiatives as experience develops.

⛳️ Requirements

• 0–2 years of experience in data entry, operations, supply chain, business analysis, or a related field.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

• Experience in reviewing, organizing, and maintaining extensive or detailed datasets.

• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining data accuracy.

• Capability to identify discrepancies and ensure corrective actions are taken.

• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

• Ability to handle repetitive, detail-oriented tasks while upholding accuracy.

• Proficient written and verbal communication skills.

• Openness to learning new systems, processes, and supply chain concepts.

• Ability to collaborate effectively in a meeting-intensive, fast-paced environment.

• Preferred: Experience with Power BI for data analysis, visualization, or reporting.

• Preferred: Familiarity with SAP Integrated Business Planning or similar supply chain planning systems.

• Preferred: Background in purchase order management, supply chain operations, inventory planning, or delivery tracking.

• Preferred: Experience reconciling information across multiple systems or data sources.

• Preferred: Knowledge of data centers, hardware delivery, GPUs, or technology infrastructure.

• Preferred: Interest in advancing skills in analytics, automation, and process improvement.
