Supply Chain Operations Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Develop and manage the routing logic for prep-center operations related to purchase orders, taking into account the vendor's ship-from location, costs, speed, and capacity.

• Oversee communication and file submissions with four prep centers, which includes shipping plans, packing and preparation instructions, box content files, and necessary follow-ups.

• Coordinate incoming shipments from vendors nationwide to ensure proper documentation accuracy.

• Liaise with freight brokers to arrange, monitor, and resolve issues with shipments between vendors and prep centers.

• Interact with key suppliers, such as Soccer Zone and GMA Sales, regarding order logistics, ship-from information, and timing details.

• Take ownership of and enhance freight invoice reconciliation by auditing amounts billed by carriers against quoted rates and identifying discrepancies.

• Automate and optimize workflows, eliminate manual processes, and document repeatable practices.

• Collaborate with the founder to merge existing infrastructure into a cohesive routing and reconciliation system and operate it on a daily basis.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive senior-level experience in supply chain, logistics, or e-commerce operations.

• Capability to design systems and implement operational workflows effectively.

• Practical experience with prep centers, 3PLs, freight brokers, or inbound logistics; Amazon FBA experience is highly preferred.

• An AI-first mindset and familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT or Claude.

• Strong skills in spreadsheets and Google Sheets.

• Ideally, experience with workflow automation tools like n8n, Zapier, or similar platforms.

• Excellent written English and confident, professional communication skills.

• Highly organized with meticulous attention to documentation, file accuracy, and numerical reconciliation.

• Self-motivated and dependable in a remote, asynchronous work environment.

• Ability to systematize manual or repetitive tasks effectively.

• Nice to have: Experience with Amazon Seller Central/FBA shipment creation.

• Nice to have: Knowledge of multi-channel fulfillment platforms like TikTok Shop, Temu, Shein, Rithum, or ChannelAdvisor.

• Nice to have: Skills in reading/writing simple scripts, working with APIs, or developing dashboards.

• Nice to have: Experience reconciling carrier and freight invoices at scale.
