This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kentucky.

• Work closely with clients and internal teams to determine and outline desired system and operational solutions.

• Examine intricate operational and system data to uncover trends, defects, gaps, and opportunities for improvement.

• Cultivate a comprehensive understanding of system requirements, operational protocols, and system capabilities.

• Assist in system simulations, assessments, and validation of solutions.

• Document and relay system assessments, operational needs, and project execution requirements.

• Create functional descriptions of operational documentation for assigned projects.

• Support the software implementation team, including the development of the functional specification document.

• Provide operational and systems assistance during the implementation and post-go-live stages, including Hypercare support.

• Offer training, mentorship, and guidance to team members and operational users as necessary.

• Establish and nurture positive working relationships with clients, vendors, and cross-functional internal teams.

• Travel to customer locations as required to facilitate implementation, observation, training, troubleshooting, and operational analysis.

• Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and safety standards.

• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.

• Capability to interpret complex data and effectively communicate insights.

• Experience working collaboratively with software, systems, or operational teams.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
