Senior Distribution Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Take ownership and oversee the complete distribution process from start to finish.

• Ensure that product delivery to customers is timely, compliant, and efficient.

• Be responsible for evaluating distributor performance.

• Maintain the integrity, completeness, and compliance of all customer master data.

• Serve as the main point of contact for distribution and supply chain intelligence in Germany.

• Propel continuous improvement efforts throughout the German supply chain.

• Act as the sole accountable individual for all distribution-related activities within Germany.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 5+ years of experience in pharmaceutical or medical device distribution, supply chain, or order-to-cash operations.

• Demonstrated expertise in managing the entire distribution execution process.

• Practical experience in rapidly growing, entrepreneurial commercial organizations.

• Proven track record of making data-driven decisions.

• Familiarity with launch readiness, new distribution models, German wholesalers, Stock in Trade management, or business scale-up environments.

• Strong analytical abilities and the capability to convert operational data into actionable insights.
