Fulfillment and Logistics Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Manage, process, and route daily orders across all 3PL locations utilizing Shopify and ShipStation.

• Conduct daily follow-ups for overdue orders, address modifications, and order discrepancies. Collaborate with 3PL partners to resolve issues on the same day.

• Develop and uphold SKUs, barcodes, and product information across all brands and platforms, ensuring catalog precision.

• Generate daily and weekly fulfillment reports that detail order volume, exceptions, and shipping performance metrics.

• Gain cross-training in inbound logistics responsibilities, including domestic freight coordination, FBA/FBT shipment oversight, and 3PL transfer management.

• Address fulfillment-related inquiries (tracking, delivery challenges, replacements) within specified SLA targets.

⛳️ Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in eCommerce fulfillment, order management, or logistics coordination.

• Practical expertise with Shopify (order processing, product oversight).

• Familiarity with ShipStation (order management, label creation, exception resolution).

• Knowledge of Amazon Seller Central (FBA shipment tracking, inventory oversight, FBM order management).

• Proficient in advanced Excel functions—pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, INDEX/MATCH, and data manipulation.

• Strong written English skills for communication with 3PL, carriers, and internal teams.

• Comfortable navigating multiple systems (ClickUp, NetSuite, or comparable ERP/project management tools).

• Self-motivated and detail-oriented. You take responsibility for your tasks and identify errors before shipment.
