This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Supervise manufacturing processes, supplier management, production scheduling, and supply chain coordination within the US market.
• Oversee daily manufacturing operations in collaboration with US co-packers and production partners.
• Take charge of production scheduling and supply planning to guarantee product availability and optimal service performance.
• Manage the availability of raw materials, factory production cycles, and supply of finished goods.
• Lead factory trials, scale-up production processes, and the integration of new products into manufacturing.
• Address operational challenges related to production, materials, or product quality.
• Propel continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing efficiency, service quality, and cost-effectiveness.
• Direct procurement efforts and cost-reduction projects throughout the US supply chain.
• Cultivate relationships with suppliers and co-packers to secure robust operational performance.
• Assist in supplier negotiations and the establishment of contracts.
• Facilitate supplier onboarding, material modifications, and updates to packaging.
• Monitor supplier performance in relation to agreed-upon service, quality, and cost criteria.
• Collect and manage product specifications, packaging details, and regulatory documentation necessary for production.
• Coordinate artwork approvals and packaging execution with branding and technical teams.
• Ensure timely and accurate delivery of packaging compliance and production requirements.
• Take ownership of reporting for KPIs, OTIF, COGs, and manufacturing performance indicators.
• Track operational projects and savings initiatives.
• Identify opportunities for enhancing operational efficiency and reinforcing supply continuity.
• 5-7 years of experience in supply chain, manufacturing, procurement, or operations within the FMCG or beverage sectors.
• Strong knowledge of co-manufacturing and production planning.
• Proven experience in managing suppliers and manufacturing partners.
• Excellent organizational and project management abilities.
• Analytical mindset with a background in operational reporting and KPI monitoring.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• Familiarity with ERP or supply chain systems is preferred.
